Daddy’s day is right around the corner! Whether it’s your father, or someone you view as a father figure, it’s important to take a few and celebrate the important men in your life. I’m on a tight(ish) budget, so my Daddy probably won’t be receiving a brand new car, or a all expenses paid vacation to Antigua, but there are still gifts I can give him more within my budget that say, “Hey Dad, thanks for my college degree.” or, “Thanks for not removing me from the family plan when I use all of our data every month.”
If your in a situation where a gift can’t be purchased, I think the most important we can give as children is just being there. If you don’t live with your parents or your fatherly figure, make time to hang out with him. Cooking dinner together, sitting on the patio just shooting the sh**, or just watching him play air guitar to his favorite Cheap Trick songs are all great options that will show your appreciation and will make him feel important and loved. That’s what the day’s all about, right?

Whiskey Glasses | For the Dad who likes something stronger than Diet Coke.
Golf Balls | When he loses all of them in the ponds or sand pits, he has backup ready to go.
Bose Headphones | Let him jam out to his 70’s Rock, but with these you don’t have to be a active participant in the listening.
Jack Black Shave Essentials | You take great care of your skin, make sure you Dad does too.
Garmin Running Watch | So he can keep track of his run times, and then tell everyone about it multiple times.
Columbia Men’s Bonehead Shirt | Even if Daddy’s not a fisherman, this will help him stay cool during yard-work, or grilling outside while it’s 1000 degrees.
YETI Rambler | To help keep his drinks ice cold while he’s outside going whatever it is he does outside.
Northern Lights Candle | So his man-cave can smell MANLY.
Coffee Mug | If he likes Star Wars, he’ll get it. Plus it’s practical, yet humorous, probably just like your father.
